Rude and unfamiliar with their own basic range of "Eve Lom" stock. Staggering - worst customer service skills in retail I have ever come across. Because the sales assistant was asked for more than one item my husband saw her rolling her eyes.... Train your staff properly Space NK South Molton Street! Politeness costs nothing!
