I am so disappointed with this company. A friend referred me to Cane T-Shirt Company and I was so excited to use a local company. I talked to one of the employees (not going to name name's) and requested a mock up T-shirt and she said she would email it to me. A few days go by and still no email. I call and she said she would send the email in 10 minutes but still no email. A week goes by and I call again - the rep I was working with was not available and the other employee said she would call me back - no call back. I am just so frustrated and confused as to why they were not working with me. I wish I had a better experience.

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations on the first order, and the quality has continued with each order. The service is friendly and they offer much assistance on designing when I've needed it. I've been using Cane's for seven years and plan to continue for any upcoming needs!

I have worked with this company for over 2 years now, and have not had any problems. They designed great artwork for our company t-shirts, and work hard to address any concerns I might have. My order is usually ready within 10 days of placing an order, or have offered to rush the order if I need it. Overall, it's been a good experience, and will continue to use Cane T-Shirt Company.

My experience with this company was good at first. They are very nice people, but Im very disappointed with how the owner most recently handled my order. I placed a order on June 3rd. I emailed the owner on June 5th asking when would it be ready and she said next week the week of the 12th. Turnaround time is 7-10 business days for their orders. Its now 3 weeks later and my order still isnt printed because there was a big order that had to get done. I would like to believe that every order is priority not just the big ones. When I asked for compensation for how late my order has been I was told no and that I could pick up my order and get it printed somewhere else despite it being 3 weeks later and now behind for my own business deadlines. Horrible experience and unprofessional in my opinion.
