Hey Shanan, sorry for all the confusion. We're very busy after lockdown & it's hard to accommodate every tattoo, especially with operating minimally due to the pandemic and appointment only tattooing. We appreciate everyone that wants to come and get tattooed at GITM & wouldn't intentionally turn anyone away. I called to get an appointment for just a simple black outline of my dog. The person on the phone said they would probably be able to fit me in but he had to ask the artist and he would call me back. He laughed at me and really sounded like he wasnt taking me seriously. Over an hour went by so I called just to check in and the person over the phone laughed at me again and said he will call when he asks. I then never got a call back. Bummed because I lost the chance to call another place because I was waiting on them.

Finally bit the bullet and received my first tattoo from Erik. He made me feel comfortable and asked questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The entire shop has such a cool vibe and was extremely clean. Now I cant wait for my second one!

PLACE IS A SCAM! If I could give this place no stars I would! The owner Erik charges $80 for a down payment. I gave Erik my money. Come to find out that the drawing he did looked nothing like the photo I showed him. He also told me that my favorite part of the photo would not work. BEST PART IS that I am a USMC Veteran, and still currently still in active duty. We all know we dont get paid a lot and Erik wouldnt even give me half my money back
