Incredibly rude and condescending staff member who acts as though he's doing you a favour. I doubt he'd care about my negative review, but to prospective buyers: don't waste your time here, spend your money elsewhere.

This company might be ok to buy a car from but when selling your car to them, it's a whole different story. I took my car in to sell after agreeing on an offer. The initial introduction was fine and all seemed well until it was time to get paid. I was told that I would receive my payment the morning after all of the Vicroads paperwork was processed and then after dozens of phone calls and text messages, I did not get paid. I was without my car for a full week without payment and then I was told that I would not get paid until the vehicle was given a workshop check and approved by the owner. This was never communicated to me at any stage. Then I was told that they did not want my car anymore and after a week of stuffing around and losing a sale on the vehicle that I had planned to purchase next, I had to collect my car from AVL. Shocking, unprofessional conduct and an arrogant approach to customer service from the owner. 1 Star is still too high.

Appalling service from Laine. Can't quite believe how shocking every interaction has been with him, that is, when he even bothers to reply. Sick of him wasting my time with the same excuses. Zero stars.
