I had the gold service done but it wasn't satisfactory. The exterior wash was good but the interior service was horrible. No attention to detail and left stains even on easy to see spots. Would not recommend.

Diana thank you for your feedback, Do you realize that 17 outside and we tried to do as much as possible to wash vichicals and hand drying ? Of course, it's easier just write review with out taking on consideration that we work hard and we are humans like everyone else. Did you talk to Manager on duty? If you need to rewash your vehicle, welcome, we will rewash for Free of charge. P.S. You add the photos to your review, and it's looks like you was expected that frozen snow in wheel well will dissolved after wash or we will remove by hand ? Can you be realistic?
