I needed an appointment with my cardiologist. The receptionist was terribly upsetting..not good for a heart patient. You might think your doctor is good but there is a reason the staff thinks they can be rude without consequences . Find a practice !!
I've gone to this location for over a decade. The only persistent problem I've encountered has been waiting to get through to someone on the phone. I've waited on hold for close to twenty minutes in the past. My doctor is great, check in and check out isn't a lengthy hassle, and I've never had to wait more than fifteen minutes to see my GP, have blood or x-rays done.
I met with Dr Thacker in Building 11 in early Feb 2018. for my initial visit. No medical procedures or examination was provided at that time. I was scheduled for another visit 3 months later after blood work was done. During my initial visit, I provided to Dr Thacker and his nurse a DVD which had all my previous medical records. I was told that would be sent over to their building 1 for downloading and printing. It is now March 16, 2018 and although I have called their office 4 times in the last 10 days to learn the status of my DVD and both spoke to personnel and left messages, no one has yet to respond. I find this to be deplorable and I now have left a phone message with Patty, their office manager, to locate my DVD and have it available for me to retrieve. I think their lack of responses will cause me to find another medical practice.
