Yes, friendly staff however, mediocre level of quality! Took my 2016 GMC Sierra for a front bumper/grill refinish, AAA insurance claim black in color. Quality of workmanship and detail IS NOT there. Visible traces of sandpaper lines, over the finished product. Missed to cover several rock chips. There was certainly orange peel left in the bumper and grill area and the clear coat was not even and neither was the finish. Took it back for a second time and improvement was visible, but still not up to par. Black color is NOT their forte!

Honestly dont bring your car here if you want your car to be looking good and fixed. Im still waiting on a call from them to fix my door.left my car for a week and I received my car but they scratched the inside of my interior. The guards are falling off my door. The paint job is a mess. There is a hair on the side of the door stuck to it and air bubbles. Nothing smooth on the paint job. The person who was taking care of my car is probably avoiding me bc he never called back or anything. Or any updates. Just a horrible experience. Still waiting a call back. I called them like 2-3 times and will try tmw again. This is ridiculous. Just want my door to be fix.
