Just a couple points of clarification: First, I would have been about 30 minutes late, but I think this gentleman uses public transportation so maybe he's on a relatively tight schedule and he declined. If you have special needs or a very tight schedule, just shoot me a text and we'll chat. Second, I was in touch within 30 minutes and I'm actually very responsive. Just text me and see for yourself! If I don't text back immediately it's probably because I'm with another customer or I have my hands full of doll. haha Finally, my dolls are the same dolls pictured on the website, both face and body. They obviously are not new but they are clean and well maintained and they give you an exact idea of what it's like to use a TPE sex doll. This gentleman used my service many times (and he is complaining that he wasn't able to use it again), so it must be pretty good, right? :) Make an appointment to come by and see for yourself. It's the only place in the country that you can.

Ive used Vivant Dolls in the past and its been a mostly positive experience but thats no longer the case. Today around 9:30 am I made a reservation for 12pm and texted the owner around 11:30 with no reply. I still went to shop and arrived at 12:05 and no one was there. I get a response from the owner at 12:09 saying he just saw my order and if I could to wait until 1pm. He did offer me more time but I refused and asked for a refund which he did very quickly. What annoys me is that this the second time this has happened to me. Normally I text the owner first to see if hes actually there before going because of the the first time I got stood up. And thats if he responds because hes notoriously difficult to get a hold of and takes forever to reply back. But me and other customers shouldnt have to double check a service that someone is selling and says is available . And while were at it the dolls he rents out dont look as good as the pictures he uses on the website. Only their body shapes are similar to what you see in the pictures. When it works you can have a great experience here. However I cant support a business that cant fulfill its basic functions or keep its promises. If you still want to use this service go ahead but dont say I didnt warn you.

Fake reviews. We setup a visit a day before but got stood up. I wouldn't trust this shop to do a good job on cleaning. Because the owner Josh simply flunk customer service even before a deal was done.

SCAM ALERT. Booked a appointment days in advance and showed up to locked doors and no one answering the phone. Josh reached out to me and apologized saying the website was down but apparently his phone was down to cause I text and called a bunch of times. Ive been trying to get a refund for weeks now. At this point Im thinking this is just a scam.
