I worked with Carpet to Go through Costco. My experience was a mix of goods and bads, but overall, I don't think I would work with them again. We wanted to replace our carpets in bedrooms and stair case, and they sent someone to our house with a some samples. The sales man didn't have a lot of samples (or didn't want to bring them over), and we ended up choosing from a few samples. When they brought the carpet to install, we realized it's color doesn't go very well with our walls. We asked the contractor to stop and we had to rush to the Bel-red store. Over there, we had a great experience and could choose the color that we actually liked. However, we had to wait 1 week to get the carpet and basically live in a house without carpet. The installation was also tricky, and that's the part which was very frustrating. For some reason, the job took over 8 hours, and the contractor was very tired in the end, but insisted on finishing the job. The quality of the job was significantly lower for everything he did later in the day, and he touched every single freshly painted wall with his dusty hands and left a mess everywhere. And then we found many problems with the job and had to reschedule a follow up appointment. Eventually, they fixed everything, but the process was very long, needed a lot of back and forth and 3 follow up visits after the main contractor left!

Our carpet looks beautiful and is great quality through Costco. Matt who came out to do the estimate is 5 stars. The samples arrived quickly. We had multiple communication issues unfortunately with the install. The team that put in the carpet did not have the tools or skill set to put in our new baseboards. My husband had to go to the hardware store to buy them nails. If you are going to upgrade those make sure to ask they send someone who can actually do that. They did eventually send someone who was proficient and even cleaned up the poor work from the first crew. The man who came out to fix the hole in the wall created by the first crew was great and easy to schedule with. The office staff is very hard to reach on the phone. They also for some reason did not turn in the Cash back card paperwork from the job which was completed November 13 until December 16. I tried calling repeatedly to make sure this got done and finally had to call Costco. I also had to try multiple times to get the actual warranty information before they would email it to me. We had hoped to use the Costco Cash Card for Christmas. The low rating is for poor communication and poor paperwork closing the job out. I would try calling again to express my disappointment that it took more then one month to click a button or fax a confirmation to Costcos but why bother? It wont help. Hope this helps someone to have realistic expectations on their install. Again, the carpet itself is great. Just be prepared to struggle through the rest of the steps after the estimate.

As one of a hundred details in preparing our home for sale, new carpet in the bonus and office rooms was handled by Carpet To Go in Bellevue. We were in/out of the store in 30 minutes with samples to look at inhome, we got measured the next day, and masterfully installed in three more days. The cost was quite reasonable too. We will be back!

We had Carpet To Go of Bellevue install new carpet in bedrooms and stairs as well as hardwood flooring in the entry and hallway. They were wonderful to work with. They were very flexible with the installation dates. We had to change the date a few times due to unforeseen events. They were kind enough to send us carpet samples via Fed Ex. The carpet installers were excellent, fast, hard working guys that did a super work and they even vacuum the carpet after the installation. The hardwood installation took more time than I expected but they were very good. They removed the old carpet for no additional fee. They also have a wonderful selection of flooring.

I did not have the great experience others on here mention. Had difficulty with them communicating, rescheduling, and when they came out to repair areas they left incomplete, they left more damage.
