Unfortunately with the air pressure issues we did find that one of the pressure gauges on one of the tire machines was not working properly. So we had to fix that. It would have been appreciated if you would have called us and let us know to help prevent others from having the same issue. As for the driveshaft, that would have nothing to do with us taking the wheels on and off the truck. The new tires could cause more strain with more grip than the old tires but that would be about it. Sorry for the air pressure issue. I have them double checking air now when the are torqueing down the lug nuts.

The new tires I bought here and had mounted seem fine. However, several things were off about my visit. I got home (not more than a mile down the road) and I felt like the truck was accelerating hard/laboring a little. I got out and looked at the tires and could see right away they were low. All four of them were at 25psi. Now my door tag states 35 pounds all around. So after initially setting the bead they must have never checked the air pressure. I aired them up myself and also found 3 loose lugnuts on two tires. The even more enjoyable part happend next. After about an hour at home I decided to head early to work. I got on 41 northbound and within less than a half mile my rear u joint blew out on my driveshaft. No noise. No vibration. No warning. I've never had a truck do that before including all the commercial trucks I've driven. There's always a warning sign. I had to get it towed into a shop in Appleton and paid $400 to have my aluminum driveshaft reworked and have new joints installed. Am I saying used treads did something to it? No. Just very uncanny that it happend so suddenly with no warnings after it was in their shop. Those joints were less than 6 months old too.

Sorry, that you feel that way. I know that I was out sick that day and Duane had to deal with all customers and issues in the shop. When you are spread as thin as we are, customer service tends to suffer.

Been there a couple times ok Service in the past. But I wont be going back. Was there for a tires appointment. And the guy at the check in window was very rude unprofessional and unrespectfull. I almost walked out of there but didnt want to be rude back to the guy in front of all customers there.. Ridiculous service.

Pretty accurate assessment. We try to be friendly as much as possible with the amount of people that we see in a day. The shop is definitely not pretty. And we always try to save you money wherever we can. Thanks for the honest feedback.

They have very good prices on a lot of tires and they carry a lot of brands that may not be the most popular brands but quite a few. It's kind of a dumpy place and the people that work there aren't always a friendliest, but again prices are great. I should add that we had Kenda brand tires put on our van and they handle fantastic in the snow and they're really quiet going down the highway. It's a great tire I would definitely buy that again from used treads

Are you kidding me? You had an appointment on Saturday during the busiest time of the year for tires. You called me less than 1 hour before your appointment because you made an appointment with another shop as well and were trying to figure out who you were going to cancel last minute on. When the other shop told you that they match pricing you told me you were pitting us against them to see who would give you the most. You figured that you could maybe squeeze a little more out of them so you came in 15 minutes before your appointment and told the lady at the counter that you just wanted a quote printed or emailed to you and that you would just shop around still instead of using your appointment. We were booked up solid for Saturday appointments 2 days ago and had to turn away multiple people because of the busy schedule. People who really needed tires that had to try to find someone else to help them. So when she told you that and told you she wouldn't print anything out for you to just bring somewhere else for price matching, she has my full blessing. My employees work their tails off this time of year so OUR customers can save money. I work hard so that I can offer some of the best prices on tires for OUR customers. We don't work ourselves to a pulp so you can take advantage of our great deals and screw us over in the process. You gave us a 3 star review because you know that we have great deals and I give you a 1 star review as a customer because you should be ashamed of your behavior. You caused us to lose money and other people to have to wait longer or spend more money on their tires. Oh, and as for loyal customer? You bought 2 used tires back in May of 2017 and asked around on Facebook for recommendations Nov 8th of this year for a place to buy tires. You chose to call us because multiple people suggested us due to our prices and service. I wouldn't call that a loyal customer, but at least you have some good friends making good recommendations.

I have been a loyal customer for five years. Never had an issue. Today a different story. The lady at the counter was very rude, so i chose to take my business else where. So shocked at the service i recieved from them.
