You printed from your cellphone and it prints what you send... if you may need assistance to print from your cellphone please inquire for help, we help everybody here and do not refuse to give anybody a hand. By reading your many reviews (complaints) to other businesses I would understand why they are rude to you, however our guess is that they didn't do any wrong to you and they just treat you the same way you treat them. Respect is earned by respecting others. Please, next time, leave only one review per business, one is enough and fair, doubling reviews may just seem as an attempt to hurt businesses and it's not ethic.

If you like being ripped off than this is the place for you. Scanning documents that were printed there apparently cost 5x as much. Not to forget the first two jobs Ive requested were incomplete requiring me to make an additional trip there. Double check your work at least before you rip people off. The small guy thats usually there has a tremendous attitude too I must say.
Hello, we see that the refund wasn't enough, sadly after you refused to all our offers to fix the 2 out of 30 shirts with issues and even when it's against our policies, that's the best we can do. It's confusing why you came to us if you know better how to do our job, certainly you could do it with your Cricut but how someone who knows how to do it and is not satisfied with our work would ask us to print another hoodie? Unfortunately we had to pass on printing another piece for you. The reason why completion took longer is because you delayed the approval on the layout, we sent you the mock up and a photo of a print test for approval or changes, you did changes prolonging the pre-production stage, we do not start production without customer approval because your satisfaction is our goal and turnaround starts after your approval. Since we are talking about fabrics and garment, it's reasonable to have a bit of lint here and there, it doesn't compromise quality. From the start we offered and recommended you to print with inks directly on the garment, that certainly would have avoided this issues, off course is more expensive but a transfer like the one you choose is not only the most affordable option but may not be to the standards that you may have been expecting. You had the opportunity to see our samples at the shop before ordering. Sometimes we do mistakes but we always try hard to satisfy our customers and fix our mistakes, unfortunately sometimes we deal with someone that no matter what we do, is impossible to please. We appreciate your comments, we will have all of them in consideration to improve our services.

Reading all these reviews with the owners response is crazy. The way you treat your customers is insane and flat out rude. Everyone please save your time and money with this place. We came here for the fast turnaround time we were promised 4-5 business days which turned into 2 weeks. Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that its part of the material which its not its your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over I couldve easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. Since you like to publicly shame your customers blaming them and saying theyre wrong. How about you go watch a YouTube video in how to apply transfers properly before continuing your business. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, its sad for the quality of work that you produce.

Better off at Staples! $14 to scan to email this place is a COMPLETE rip off! First the guy forgot to print the 3rd document and made me make another trip to the office. He then charged me for the 3rd document saying its not included. How in the world does it cost $14 to scan to email. Absolutely absurd and Ill make sure to share my experience across town. He charges what he wants when he wants. No prices listed anywhere.
