BMW needs to work on customer service. I pulled into the service area to return the loaner and no one approached me to return the loaner, so I politely left it. I went to pay for my services and waited about 10mins for my vehicle. I asked the service guy where is my vehicle and he stated it wasn't in the system. (Mind you I'm standing outside with the receipt in my hand) I had to wait an additional 5-10mins for my vehicle. While waiting I noticed a white guy pull up and the service guy ran to assist him before the car stopped. I'd hate to make this about race but if the shoe fits...
What a horrible place!! I already had a deal on Mini Cooper Countryman and was about to purchase it, then they sold it to someone else the same day!! I really dont understand how this is okay. My sales agent was great and Im sorry for him giving this place a bad review but I hope this would help the future customers. And I see the owner of this place only replies to the customers who gave five stars and ignores most of the issues addressed by other customers.
