Been waiting for a return phone call from Karen since November to sign up. Apologized to my friend several times for not calling. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time trying to get a hold of someone.

Western Trade Alliance is a great service for the community much to the hard work and dedication of Karen. She cares for her customers and makes things happen. I have known her to wear many hats, detective, problem solver, advocate, referee and friend. She quickly responds to the requests and problems of her customers and tirelessly moves forward until the task is complete. When I call Karen I know I will be helped by someone who cares.
