This business was quick to start the process and take my money, but they did not follow through on the time line we discussed, they stopped answering my calls and emails, plus they changed the way I designed the colors to be. I had to stressfully find someone to help me get these picked up the day before my event because I was not available. They were suppose to be done way before. The times the business is open differ on google than what is on the building. After looking online, they seemed to have time to post photos of my shirts on facebook...but not answer my emails or pick up the phone. They won't get my business (or any from us at Ft. Meade / Air Force) again.

Do not do business with T Shirt Guys!!! The owner Mitchell Ward is dishonest, very unprofessional and a terrible business owner. I ordered a certain amount of shirts. He only gave me half the order the night before my big event and still has yet to refund me money. My coworker also ordered shirts and received all the shirts, but they were poor quality and the image leaked down the shirts. I have posted a picture for your viewing. His prices are cheap, but for very good reason...lesson learned: just pay more for good quality and professional services!

I used this business a few times but was forced to abruptly stop getting my t-shirts printed at this shop based on the unprofessionalism and the games made by the owner of the shop and he still have my t-shirts at his shop and made no attempts to make sure that I receive the items I paid for. What a waste of time dealing with this shop. UGH.
I wish I had read all the he reviews. I would not have done business with this company. I hope the owner learns from past mistakes. My experience was heartbreaking. If you are on a schedule I. strongly advise you to look elsewhere. It would take a certain type of person to say I messed up let me make this right. Over 25 shirts for my family did not stand up to the first wash. My advice to the owner/dont bite off more than you can chew, dont make excuses for missing deadlines, make sure your customer is fully aware of all total costs before they pick up the shirts, and be a man of your word. I was given a specific date and time that my shirts will be ready and they werent I came to the shop, the sign said open it was closed. I called several times and did not get answers to all my calls. I got excuse after excuse after excuse. I thought about taking this owner to court then I thought about the bigger picture. I said this is a young black man starting a business and I dont want to be the one that brings him down. I want to be the one that brings to his attention that there is a right way of doing things and wrong way and there is no wrong way to do a right thing. I hope he becomes more organized and applies the golden rule to his business practice. He is at a crossroad, I pray he takes the right path.
