I read the reviews and decided to visit because I was looking for a rhinestone shirt. Well I went in and was greeted but that was the only good experience about my trip. The young lady was rushing me to make a decision and was very short with me! I felt like I was interrupting her day by stopping in. I was asking questions about the process to start an order and she was not very concise or open about the steps. She stood far away from me as if I was going to bite her or something. She did not ask me what I wanted on the shirt and after asking more questions she finally gave me a piece of paper to draw my request. Honestly I left feeling frustrated, unheard and that I wasted gas driving there. Focus Graphix will not get something as little as $1 of my hard earned money. So the search continues for another place that can bring my vision to fruition and provide better customer service than what I received.
1:40 pm Tuesday November and 2020 they won't answer phone. Called three times in 2 days. I think they are out of business. Or, they don't need any business. They want to schedule appts. But do not answer.
My experience was wonderful- from the moment I walked into the store through me picking up the finished product. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful and my 3 custom shirts came out great!
I came to this shop to have a t shirt made for a secret santa. I came in and told them what I wanted and gave them some logos to put on it. I advised Viktoria that due to work schedules I wouldn't be able to pick up the shirt and needed it sent to another state. My giftee sent me another picture and it looked fantastic! Excellent service and they handled every thing from start to finish. 10/10 would shop again.
Although this is a nice place and two of the three shirts I ordered are correct, one shirt was delivered in a neon yellow - of which I didn't order. I ordered a pale blue, a light grey and a light yellow and I received a pale blue, a light grey and a neon yellow. Neon yellow? Wth? These shirts are not cheap either. They offered to order a new shirt but I have already waited a week for this, I can't wait any more. I don't know if they offer this service but you may want to bring in your own shirts that way you are sure to get what you want. I have 6 more shirts to order and I will not use this place. They just lost my business. It's unfortunate because the people there are nice but nice just cost me a $30 loss. For a small, start up business that is a lot of money.
