An example of work completed by this company. Accepted responsibility of poor work, by there 'most experience' embroider but the owner says 'nothing more they can do, we have a no refund policy that we stand by' - my advice to you... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - I have lost 12 uniforms costing over 500.

Good experience until Keith tried to run away with my money and then blamed me for getting the order wrong when instructions were clear as day in the emails. Ordered alot of tshirt samples and settled on one. Sent these emails over which include me having to correct Keith about the file type and background and states the size needed. Then asked for a refund for the T-shirt samples I sent back, which I was told would be refunded that day. I go to pick up the first test embroidery piece and as seen in the photo below it is way too big and also missing the white parts of the logo. Seems like Keith (whos business is in the details) managed to completley ignore what I said in the email. So he agrees that he will order a new T-shirt and sort it out for me. 2 weeks pass with no news, no refund. All my emails have gone through before but now I get no reply. 3 emails sent. Nothing. I call, he says he will sort it. Another week passes and no refund so I go to the shop. I asked for my refund and keith says hes going to charge me for the embroidery set up to which I explained I dont think is fair because I sent through very clear instructions and he still got it wrong. Turns out Keith doesnt like being told hes wrong, even with clear evidence for him to read (but chose not too because he was having a strop), and proceeds to tell me I wont see a penny of my refund if I dont take the money hes offered me. Now good old Keith has been fine up until now and suddenly he's all hostile. I ask what the problem is and simply explain that I dont think its fair I should pay for his mistake and he says its because "he doesnt like me". When I ask why he says because "I put a lot of work into that and you come tell me its wrong" Well Keith, you didnt put alot of work into reading my emails did you. And the orders wrong Keith storms out to "go for his lunch" instead of dealing with this like an adult. He comes back, see's I'm still here and pulls a face and says "Still here" and runs away again. Finally he comes back, walks straight past me and pretends to carry on with work. I call him over again and ask him to apologise for acting like this to me thinking he might have cooled down on his lunch break and he can sort this out properly. He shrugs his shoulders and says "I'm sorry for whatever you think I should be sorry for" Eventually after 40 mins of me being there waiting for him to come back and trying to show him these emails I think he realises hes wrong and gives me my money. I actually went back to get my refund and give him more business but instead ended up being shouted at and told that the police will be called if i dont leave...all because I asked for a refund and queried if having to pay a setup cost was fair after whats happened. All in all an unpleasant experience.
Fake review. James person has left fake reviews on numerous pages but oddly left a 5* on one local supplier. . . . . .
