Worst Service Experience I have ever encountered, Schomp BMW is untrustworthy. They Misdiagnosed my BMW 328i and charged me for parts and service I did not need. Greedy Liars! Wish I could give 0 Stars

Made an appointment to see an suv and was prepared to purchase immediately. I kindly asked the sales rep if you do sell the vehicle please just give us a call as it's a 45 minute drive. They sold the vehicle and never called us as they deliberately were looking for us to order a vehicle with the multi month wait. When my wife entered the showroom and spoke to the sales rep he advised her to wait for her husband. My wife is plenty capable of making her own decisions. Total bait and switch. Expected way more from BMW. Purchased a luxury vehicle elsewhere that same day. I've owned numerous BMW's in the past and never have I received such poor service. It's a shame

Didn't end up with a vehicle from this location, but I did experience some great customer service. Taimur was super down to earth, authentic, and a pleasure to work with.

I purchased my car in 2019 . And so far car has been great however have not been impressed with services at all . I scheduled regular service maintenance and then was called the day of saying they have to reschedule because they were short staffed. Then when when I came in for my appointment they did not have a loaner for me because the person who rescheduled me did not request for one even when I asked if he could when reschedule . And was told I was scheduled as a drop in and on the bottom of the priority list . Then was told she would see if she could get us a loaner and never came back to tell us if she could or not . When they completed my services was told that I had to pay for my services when I was told from the last visit that services will be covered . Without telling me before they started the services that my warranty was expired . And was told I had to get it in writing like this is was somehow my fault ? As they were figuring out everything to pick up my vehicle . They managed to lose my key . I don't know what has happened to how this company operates but it has gone down entirely since when I first purchased my car . It's like it was an inconvenience for them to do their job . Never coming back . Purchasing my next car elsewhere .
