My grandma is a renter at this complex. The design and amenities of this building is beautiful and truly accessible for senior living. The only downside of this property is the management. My grandma has faced situations where the management is not helpful. There was a recent situation that she needed to make an emergency phone call and she left her phone in her caregivers car and needed to find a phone to call her caregiver, so her first instinct was to ask management to assist her with making a phone call and they turned her away. My grandma had to ask a neighbor to use their phone. Being that management knowingly works at a senior living complex, they should work with compassion knowing theyll face situations where their tenant may need their assistance. Many seniors dont have family or resources for small emergencies and they seek comfort in knowing they have an on-site manager accessible and willing to assist. This complex and company should hire individuals with compassion for helping their senior tenants, or if theyre not able, then to offer information to someone who is able to assist seniors. There has been few other situations with this complexs management, and I feel its time I leave a review. My grandma suffers from cancer, diabetes, and lung disease and its crucial that she is in contact with her aide worker, and for the manager to not have the compassion to help her call to reach her worker, I feel theres a lack of managerial skills in North Park Senior Apartments.

Everything is in very top shape they attend to problems and situation right away I couldn't ask for a better place to live that's it senior .Management is the best .

I am so happy living here at Texas St. Senior Apts. IT HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I feel very safe, secure and relieved of stress all of the neighbors I have met, are lovely people, so many things do, no pressure , Joy!
