Divine. The waitress was witty and made great recommendations, the food was delicious, and I loved that they brought out little "one bite" plates between courses as starters, finishers, or palette cleansers. Naturally it's expensive (we had a $150 gift card and still spent about $60 of our own cash), but you get what you pay for. The restaurant itself is picturesque, enough so that we spent a decent chunk of time walking around and taking pictures. Oh, and don't let me forget the free valet service! Pro tips: Tip your valet, and make sure your car is clean before you go so you can avoid being stressed like we did about a valet driver seeing the inside

Chose La Caille for my birthday dinner this year as our past couple experiences were great. We looked over the menu option ahead of time & felt that the food would be enjoyable. We started out with the candied bacon + pickled veggies. The bacon was delicious, but the veggies were too tart for my taste. We couldnt eat it all so our server took it away, never boxing it up for us to take home. The salad was fresh, but not incredible. We both chose meat courses. Both tasted great. The wagyu steak was not paired with anything really appetizing. The filet mignon came with garlic mashed potatoes that were very good. We ordered the banana flambe dessert that ended up tasting extremely weird so we never finished it. The chocolate cake was just okay. Half way through our meal, a table was sat directly behind me. The server touched my chair every time they came to the adjacent table. I felt this was very rude as the dining room had plenty of open tables. They could have easily sat them just one table further away so we couldnt hear their entire conversation. Our server was very kind, helpful, brought us refills & cleared our table accordingly. I think Ill join the others in saying that there was nothing offered that was truly incredible like in times passed.
