So they don't seem to answer the phones but will call you back which works I guess. I spoke to Simon who couldn't really give me times or dates for the assessment and every time I gave him, he wasn't available. When I asked the turn around time for a piece to come back (which i thought to be a reasonable) he couldn't tell me so I thought maybe if I explained that I was checking around and it seemed to be a week which was too long for me, he could commit to a time. He said "Oh you got a quote from someone else? You can go with them." I told him that that was rude and to have a nice day. He didn't apologize at all or maybe explain that he didn't mean it like that. I would NEVER do business with someone like that. Terrible service before you even get in the door.

So, I wanted to get a unique custom gift for my dad. Knowing he's a huge Beatles fan, I thought it would be awesome to have a pair of converse customized with the Beatles logos. I called at least 10 embroidery and screen printing businesses and all of them told be they didn't have the capability of embroidering shoes. Until, I called Simon at Aida embroidery. He not only had the capability of embroidering the Beatles logos on a pair of shoes, but his work is beyond anything I expected! I couldn't be happier and my Dad absolutely loves his shoes!!!

Earlier this week, I picked up my sewing machine from Simon after it was repaired. He spent a lot of time going over the mechanics of the machine, how it works, why it does what it does and what I should do to keep it running smoothly. It is running beautifully now, and I will always bring it back there for tune-ups and repairs. Thank you Simon!!
