Not just equipment, but great people make this classic industrial-style box a great environment for classes, one-on-one training, or open gym workouts. High ceilings for rope climbs and extra space for sleds and carries are rare in NYC. They have it. You can change, but plan to shower at home.

Dropped in here today, I've been to several boxes, this was one of the best. I felt welcome immediately. Lidor was a phenomenal coach. He was very engaged in the class, paying close attention to every movement. The members were great as well! I'll be back next time I'm in the area!
