We know how frustrating it can be when searching for that perfect garment only to find out it is not available for one reason or another. We know that the reason why is irrelevant to our customers. Youre just looking for a smooth experience that hits the markand in this case we didnt. Next, we want to apologize if there was a miscommunication surrounding the products in question. The two items that you selected in the showroom are currently being discontinued but are not fully discontinued yet. It was unfortunate that the manufacturer did not have stock left in the colors and sizes that you had wanted. However, the reason they were still in the showroom is because they do have many other colors and sizes that we do still have stock available in. Some of our customers gravitate to these discontinued items because the manufacturer will run a special on them to clear out inventory. Regarding the online retailers you found carrying the items on google, this is very common in our industry. When an item is being discontinued, many online retailers will purchase popular colors and sizes in the discontinued item because of the decreased price point from the manufacturer and because it gives them exclusivity on the remaining stock that they buyout. Unfortunately, this strategy is not part of our business model as we purchase directly from the distributor at the time an order is placed. Again, in this case it back fired, but that was why the samples were still in our showroom. We never aim to create a disappointing experience. Finally, we want to thank you for your business. We took some time to pull your account history and saw that you and your husband William have been ordering from us since 2015; for your business in Lakeland Marshalls LLC Roofing and Air Conditioning. Your business matters to us, and we would really appreciate the opportunity to continue to work with you. In fact, we have applied a credit to your account for $50 to compensate you for the lost time. If I could give ZERO stars I would! This place is completely ridiculous! Everything in their store front seems like it is all for women or discontinued! We spent a whole hour of our lives trying to find shirts and I found an amazing jacket that had another companies logo on it and I wanted to purchase it and they told us its been discontinued but yet I was able to find the exact same jacket on google! THEN.... I found a beautiful shirt that I also fell in love with and guess what!? Also discontinued!!! Unbelievable! Why would they have shirts hanging up in their store that they clearly dont carry anymore!? Save yourself the trouble and dont waste your time going here!

We do have a few new associates that are still learning so the feedback is appreciated! ---------------------- The Boone Middle School contact in charge of the web store this year only selected to have adult size polos offered on the web store. The size chart represents adult measurements and I do apologize that this wasn't explained properly to you. Sorry for the misunderstanding that these were youth size polos - we will adjust the verbiage to make it clear that they are adult size polos. ----------------------- As far as exchanges, all sales are final because of the custom nature of the item. I called the store to speak with an associate about the sizes of the shirts.l was told to go the chart size, because they didn't know about 10_12 being a medium .RED FLAG so i order 4 youth shirts .(large) .Paid $51.00 to get it early UPS 8/19 RED FLAG 2. $15.00 extra I decided I was gonna do a pickup but they would not be ready until 8/23 .RED FLAG 3 .Back with UPS the shirts came in on 8/8/2019 .So excited open the box guess LARGE ADULT grey 7th grade shirts.They don't do exchange , but you knew I was ordering youth shirts for school. I will never deal with this company again.
