I was scrambling to get some t-shirts done for my 5 daughters clothing brand they started. We have a photo shoot on 7-18 and was promised them on the 7-16. On the 16th when my order didnt arrive like it was suppose to it took me almost a day to get any kind of response from anyone at the company. When I finally spoke to someone after emails, phone calls and Instagram msgs. I was again assured I would receive the day of our shoot. I was told that I would receive a tracking order so I know where my products are. I didnt receive tracking info. I reached out again but again no answers. The person to I spoke to explained to me about how short staffed and stuff they were because of corona virus. Which I completely understand but why take a rush order and say you can make it happen if it was a hundred percent sure it could be done. So now here I am waiting and dont know if my products will be here on time. I was looking forward to working with this company. Im definitely not pleased with any of it. My daughters wont be happy if their shoot has to be cancelled because we took this companys word.
I have worked with Cre8 before. My previous order I wasn't notified when it was sent out it just appeared on my doorstep. No big deal. The quality wasn't bad. My previous experience wasn't bad so I decided to work with them again.This time ordering more than the last. This current order is 5 different items 120 shirts total. I ordered in Feb. I would call and someone would tell me my order was complete and I would get tracking that day. I would not receive any information. Then I'd call the next week and be told they're waiting for embroidery, even though the previous week I was told my order was completed. Another call I would be told it will be done that day. I've heard all of these stories multiple times. I was patient because COVID interrupted a lot but that doesn't make up for the different stories I'm receiving each time I call. I just want the truth. I have received no tracking information or my package. There is no proof provided to me my item was completed or shipped. I could take it up with the proper agency if I had the right information but they won't provide it. Now when I call no one is answering. Their refund policy says they're not responsible for what happens when the item leaves them, which is totally understandable but I have no proof it was ever actually completed and shipped. How do I know they didn't just take my money and give me the run around? No one is making an effort to just clear it up. It's months I've been dealing with this. I've called multiple times recently to verify the address and provide an additional email but no one will answer. Ignoring calls is extremely unprofessional. I just want my product.

I was trying so hard to give this company a chance. I used sezzle and paid over 5 weeks ago for 72 shirts 3 different designs. These include neck tags and sleeve print. I was told when I purchased I was looking at 3week turnaround and havent heard from them so I emailed . Ive been given the run around ever since. I have over 20 emails where Im CONSTANTLY reaching out to them. They dont update you on your order and act as if you constantly emailing is bothering them. If I could get things done when you said they would be I wouldnt be making this review. Told me my order would go out on Monday and tracking would be sent to me (2weeks ago ).Not to mention they claim they emailed me waiting for me (no email ever sent to me ). Then said they needed placement of my logos I emailed literally a few hours later since I have a full time job too ( no reply). Called and was told it would be done right away again they were waiting on me then some how the emails I sent several days ago he saw. Only thing I need help with is removing a background on 2 of my images other than that all info was given when I 1st paid. Lets not forget I still dont have mock-ups so of course printing hasnt started since customer approval is needed. Its really insane because it seems like I will never get these shirts and Ive had customers waiting this long as a new business owner you are making me look horrible. There is no urgency to get this resolved or show me quality work/mock-ups. Im extremely disappointed especially since my customers are disappointed in me because I dont have what they are waiting for.
