After receiving some grant money, I excitedly contacted this place with the hopes of having some custom embroidery work done for an exhibition show I was apart of (as a requirement for my thesis). I spoke with a woman, inquired about her capabilities to do what I wanted and was instructed to send over files via email to receive a quote. It took me two times of going through the process of calling, explaining, emailing files over, and receiving no response over the course of a few months before I realized it was the same business. Not very professional in my opinion. Im sure the work she/they do is great, unfortunately Ill never know.

Had just a couple of work jackets that I needed to have my name put on and this was not an issue, other places I had called said that they had a minimum number to do or a minimum dollar amount they would charge. This place had great service, feels like a small town shop where you are talking to a person that is either going to be doing the work or takes pride in the work done. Will be coming here again when I have more work shirts to get personalized.

Great little "mom and pop" embroidery shop. They did an excellent job removing and re-stiching a name on an old jacket I had.

Needed to get coats embroidered with a logo a found this place. They were great! A little slow on returning phone calls and emails so I just decided to go straight to they're store. Sat down with a wonderful person, Carol I think, and 10 mins later everything was all set and coats were completed the following week! Very affordable too!
