If I could give a 0 start I would horrible horrible horrible experience starting from management and the person who sold the car my car has multiple damages I got it back in early June I have try to reached out and they have yet not done anything to help me out it has been the worst mistake buying a car from here they are so quick to sell but they dont help out when it comes to helping out the customer terrible customer service I am very unsatisfied with this purchase the car is in a very bad condition and I need to talk to upper management in regards to do so please have someone reach out to me thank you

I bought a car there last Saturday and traded in my BMW. They HAVE NOT PAYED for my trade in. I've been hung up on, transfered to a line where no one picks up, told ill be called back (and never have). I've had a manager tell me he wants nothing to do with it and to get in contact with a person who is unreachable. I havent recieved the title for my new vehicle, haven't been confirmed registered, and haven't been able to transfer my plates to the new vehicle. I've left emails, voice-mails, called consistently, and am left with absolutely nothing. If this isn't resolved immediately then I'm going to have to get lawyers involved. The lack of any communication whatsoever is infuriating and the issues I'm dealing with are unheard of in a standard car purchase. They know where to reach me to resolve this, and if they don't and they'll have forced my hand. I'm not letting these people quite literally STEAL MY CAR, in addition to forcing me to spend a day or more at the dmv to handle what they have not in reference to the registration and plate transfer. These guys are scammers, don't buy cars or trade in your vehicle with them. As a side note, I had agreed on a price for the Nissan sentra I purchased before coming in and it still took over 6 hours to leave with the new car, and none of this basic stuff is done.

Had a wonderful experience with Auto Giants Nissan. alonso was my salesman and it was a pleasure working with him. No stress or pressure. He listened and was a first class professional throughout the entire buying process. He was very kind and patient, he made my experience with auto giant nissan very excellent. I recommend you go to auto giant nissan and ask for Alonso, he is an excellent salesman and knows a lot about cars and the best thing is that he speaks Spanish very well.

We were in search of new vehicle and thought we found what we wanted at this dealership. We inquired about the vehicle being available and was told it was still in stock, so we scheduled an appointment. Drove close to an hour only to learn they sold the vehicle days ago. Terrible service, as providing a courtesy notice and other available options would have better informed us instead of wasting our time and gas.
