We are sorry you had this experience our technician confirmed that the screen of the i phone 11 had several cracks before the repair was to be carried out therefore one of the chips across the screen spread as a fact of the procedure and the type of the repair as the technician was trying to explain and try to help you you have used abusive words which we dont tolerate and then you left the premises we were and are more than happy to help and the offer still stands thanks

The service in this shop is awful. Please avoid. My daughter handed in her phone to repair the charging port. While it was in for the repair they have managed to cracked the screen quite considerably. He refused to replace it. A repair shop who wont repair a screen when they break it. Its seemingly our fault as he phone already had a little crack in the corner. We left without any repair being done. I am going to call trading standards in the morning to see if there is anything they can do. I have no intention of dealing with this man again.

Phone screen repair lasted less than 2 weeks. Apparently because it was working when I left the shop then I must have damaged it and therefore not their fault so would not replace unless I paid again. Was told there was a 1 month warranty but this damage wasn't covered. Apart a slight tap on the screen could have caused the damage, i find that laughable. The quality of the repair or goods used to repair must have been low standard. Asked to speak to someone else, was told there was no one to phone but I could email and would receive a response over night. Poor customer service. Have reported to trading standards as I see others have also.

Very high quality work. Popped into the shop, paid a deposit to order in my replacement genuine Samsung screen and awaited their call. Next day, call received and dropped my phone in for repair, which was done in a couple of hours. Fantastic service and all for a great price. Highly recommended

Had my iPhone X screen replaced, new screen started pressing random buttons and constantly opened itself when in my pocket. Went back to the shop In a weeks time to have it examined. Was told there was now a micro scratch under the screen caused by me which conveniently couldnt be seen now that the phone was put together. Was then offered 20 quid off another 100 pound phone screen. Brilliant customer service! Highly recommend going elsewhere.
