Im leaving this review on behalf of my mom, she had an appointment and she had to miss work to be there and when she got there she was told she didn't have an appointment and that the doctor was out for a family emergency and the receptionist told my mom that they had called her and left her 3 messages and my mom showed her her phone that there werent any messages from them then the receptionist said that her mail box was full but it wasnt. This also happened to my dad a couple months ago. They will not be returning to Framingham optical. They are very unorganized and clearly dont care about their patients.

So today my grandma goes to this place that im reviewing about and they said they have no power? How does a place manage to not have power. And on the note that is left outside it says please call to find out when we will be open again and I call both the numbers on the website. Nobody answers after while of ringing's a bot responds saying that there out of the carrier zone? I've been waiting for weeks for my glasses as soon as these people have m glasses this happens The only good part of this place is the person that checks my eyes (obviously im not gonna say there name) Another thing is that they change there hours from Monday its from 5 then Tuesday its 1pm. This is highly frustrating as to me needing my glasses. Might have to change where I go.

These people are so incredibly dedicated to helping people. I am amazed at what they have done for me, and what they do for others. I am grateful! The traffic in downtown Framingham is brutal, but otherwise this is definitely the place to go if you need an eye exam or glasses, and are on a budget.

The doctor told me i needed to shield my eyes bc i have glaucoma in my eyes. When i ordered my glasses i ordered for protection for my eyes. I was told i changed my mind and they have it crossed out so i never got it but i know i asked for that directly bc what the doctor said to me. I paid almost $300 for my glasses and thats with insurance through my job. Idk exactly what i paid for. I also paid extra money for insurance for my glasses and she said i didnt. They are a rip off they are taking advantage of people that dont know anything about ordering glasses. Me and my kids will not be going back there!!
