We do offer a 2-year labor warranty for all of our repairs, which is longer than most of our competitors. I had One Hour Green Horizon replace an indoor evaporator coil under warranty three years ago. They were courteous and professional and everything worked fine initially. The coil failed again just three years after replacement and is no longer under warranty. The replacement coil is $2,300. A coil should last longer than 3 years.

I had an Amana installed the last week of March 2022. It is now May 6, 2022, the installation still has not passed inspection. We have had technicians at our place multiple times. We have also had a gas leak had to evacuate the home because of poor installation. It very frustrating to spend thousands of dollars and to receive this kind of service. We have not been compensated in any way... not even an apology. I am also going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau.
Had a great experience with One Hour. They were super efficient and called me and text me several times to confirm my appointment and verify all my details. The day of my service, I received a text telling me they were on the way and Moses was a super friendly agent and really honest and helpful. I was really happy with all the service and will be using them again.
Original review - Not the most expensive and not the least, but seems fair. Good quick service and friendly. 2+ yr. review - It's been just a little over 2 years since Green Horizon installed my HVAC system. Gotta say I am disappointed! A few months after install they failed Durham inspection three times. I have had them come out to fix things twice! The later was because the AC system was dead. Apparently, the system is designed to fail. The later problem was because the Capacitor failed! Twice I was told I should upgrade parts to the system because they are known to fail. The second gentleman on the capacitor failure call stated that he has been changing these out all summer long and they typically fail around 2 years. What??? My VERY expensive system can't even last 2 years without repair? Service rep. stated instead of paying $200 for the factory capacitor I should buy the heavy duty upgraded capacitor ($600) and it should last longer! I think I bought a lemon! My old HVAC system lasted 20+ years without as many problems! Plus this system is very loud in and out of the home! Only thing I can say still is that the service is still quick and friendly.
