Amazing people at this gym! They always have free Starbucks coffee on Saturdays and are welcoming to anyone who wants to get in shape and improve their health. This gym is unlike others, the coaches and members genuinely care about helping you improve your overall health and well-being. They offer something for everyone! I highly recommend it.

I started CrossFit two years ago at a different box in town. That went fine for a while, but it came time to move on. Fortunately CrossFit Supercell was down the road. They offered a relaxed environment, family plans, better pricing, more flexible hours (including open gym!), and a Head Coach who is not only CrossFit certified, but is also a sports trainer and a licensed chiropractor. There are a few CrossFit boxes in Rockford which are good, and I recommend Supercell be on your short list.

Dropped in for a quick session. Super friendly and accomodating staff with a wonderful open gym space. Highly recommended.
