Some things i have been happy with, others not so much. Personally I will no longer bid on jewelry. Both pieces I have bought have been very disappointing.

Hello Daniel - Thank you for the feedback. We are working on the logistics challenge to combine packages, we hope to offer that more efficient option in the future. All auctions that run on EBTH including those featured on the show ran with our standard policy which extends the time on last minute bids, we feel this is the best way to allow for everyone to have a fair chance at the item and to avoid bidders swooping in at the last second. To help with timing the show visualized a compacted version of the real time bidding sequence. Hope that helps provide some context and thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.

The descriptions and photos, are comprehensive and helpful. On two occasions, I won two jewelry items on the same night - but was not given the option of shipping the two items together. Seems like a waste of my money - and EBTH's packing materials. On the television show (hosted by Lara Spencer), "last minute" bids did not cause the time to be extended by up to 5 minutes. Why the difference in bidding policies??

Working with EBTH was a terrific experience. Their staff was the very best. They worked efficiently and with great care in dealing with the dispersal of the contents of my home. It was a huge undertaking and they never dropped the ball. Not once. The service they provide is amazing. If I had not used ETBH for my dispersal, I really don't know how I would have tackled the project. Their terrific service was only equaled by the prices realized. Hats off to EBTH for an amazing job, so well done.

A little expensive, items and shipping prices (based on competitive bidding and distance) but some great items! The site has good security and they wrap the items (no matter the size) with bubble wrap, security tape, and fragile markings when needed. I have never had a problem with things arriving damaged. There is great communication regarding the shipment timeline. I highly recommend using this site!

On average it takes 2 weeks for things to be shipped 2 states away. Also, my last purchase arrived with a missing piece. I have called repeatedly and left messages but haven't reached an actual person yet and no call backs. And as another person pointed out, why cant things be shipped together to keep everyone's cost down??
