So i took my car to this dealer and they told me a part was wrong which wasn't., i took it to another dealer of the Honda and they told me that wasn't the problem that they were doing fraud and trying to steal my money.. make sure if any of you people take your car here to be careful because they lie to you and they wont give you your money back.. The dealer of downey they were charging me $1,500 and the Honda of whittier charge me $400 and fix my problem.

I dont even know where to begin. My husband went in last week to inquire about a car and we have purchased and leased many cars from Honda for many years. The customer service was really good but when they asked him how much down payment he had and how much he wanted to pay a month they said there was no way they can get him approved for the car. I got there later and told the girl I can co sign for him and as she was taking my information down, a man came over and said the manager said there was no way we can get that car unless we had around 10,000 for down payment. When I told him I can go sign he said it was pointless to run my credit because we wouldnt get approved. I was so shocked because my credit is good and he didnt even let her run it! We left and went to Cerritos Honda where we have always gone dont even know why we didnt go there first. My husband came home with same car he inquired about with the same monthly payment he wanted and the same down payment he said he had! That tells you why Cerritos Honda is one of the top sellers!! They really are there to help! If you want a Honda go to Cerritos not here!
