First of all, the quality of the work seems to be adequate. I have no complaint on that at all. Where I am unsatisfied is with the employees themselves, The service representatives were untruthful on two occasions, and treated me as if I were untruthful with them! First I was quoted one price for 4 tires, then the actual price was nearly $20 more per tire! Then they said my tires were eligible for the $70.00 rebate, but after holding for a long time to speak to a Ford CSR, I learned that they were not! I would have paid the higher price for the tires anyway, because I needed them, there was no need to lie. When I told the person I was checking out with what I was quoted, he said no one would have told me that and asked for a copy of the quote, which he knew I would not have because it was verbal, putting the burden of proof on me. Even though I would have been disappointed about not getting the rebate, I would have appreciated honesty because I would not have wasted an hour of my time uncovering the truth. I feel that they told me that to appease me and 'get rid of me'. Finally, the mechanic did nothing to protect the interior of my vehicle, and left grease marks on my leather seats. I came to the dealership because of a factory recall/repair. I am sorry that I stayed for the other work. Next time, I will go elsewhere.

Went out of way to make customer happy.. very friendly and great staff.
Dealership lacks service communication. Had my truck in for a engine issue. The dreaded 5.4 valve train tap. Ended up having a couple of bad roller followers. They did the repair right and replace all the passenger side lash adjusters, roller followers and cam shaft. Also did a fresh oil change and got it all covered under my extended warranty. Unfortunately the service adviser was less communicative. Never gave me update calls, never understood what was being done, never even let me know that the repairs were authorized by my warranty company. Only information I got was when I called the service department and then basically got little more than basic information. I ended up stopping by the dealership when I was in town and talked with a different service rep that understood what was going on and was able to answer my questions. Was just surprised that such a highly rated dealership had such poor service reps. Communication is key and unfortunately I have not found Timbrook Ford service to communicate well. My thanks to the mechanic that repaired my 5.4. Its purring like a kitten.. thanks!
