Bought item for my sons birthday and was sent faulty product, the item was even marked by them as faulty on the label(!). Emailed them same day and advised of issue and did not recieve a response until attempting to contact them via email, phone and then on their own website. Was asked to send item back at my own expense, and after asking for postage costs was told to keep the faulty item and I would recieve refund, which I didn't get until raising a case through Paypal. Will buy from Crucial and Source in future, who are A+ retailers and have a decent customer service ethic

Really had to struggle to buy a bike. I wanted to spend money but they really didnt seem interested in selling me a bike, Eventually managed to persuade them to let me test one and then we brought it.
Great shop and the staff are very helpful. Loads of parts in stock and they are priced very well. Im super happy with my visit today and will definitely be going back. Thanks custom riders
This is not a shop! after driving to Selsey I couldn't find shop, called on phone to be told it is online orders only. very misleading web page.
