i went with a friend to have her piercing looked at. (her piercing was done elsewhere.) the piercer who looked at her piercing was very kind and gave her great advice! she was welcoming & quick! the atmosphere was pretty clean too and it wasn't too busy. the only issue my friend & i had was with the front desk gal. she was not very kind to us and kept giving us dirty looks as well as hitting some sort of vape in store.

UPDATE 2021: I recently scheduled an appointment to have an industrial done. Regardless, I was kept waiting for 1.5 hours before it occurred. Not only that, but a couple who came in after me were serviced first. We were all pretty irritated by such a prolonged wait, and with little apology from staff. Two piercers were there but only one piercing studio?? I finally was shown back and Yiu (sp?) performed my piercing. She has a soothing voice but the pain was real, even just stretching one existing helix was rather excruciating. I understand pain is expected so I didn't complain. When I had originally arrived and filled out paperwork Yiu had said she'd see if she had a smaller ring for my conch jewelry, as I love the bead but felt it protrudes too much. I expected she'd be able to easily figure out the captive bead ring without directions that it came with. But neither she (nor Jonny honestly) could close it without the use of tools, which in the directions for this hoop are specified as being unnecessary and will damage mechanism that creates the tension in the jewelry. On top of that, today I twist the bead and it fell off. That is not supposed to happen. So it was not affixed correctly when she reattached it. After the long wait and lackluster service there were no discounts issued for inconvenience and to me that is a lack of courtesy. I will say I've been a big fan of Villains when Jonny was there. I referred many people looking to get pierced. But not anymore. I got an eyebrow piercing from Jonny. He was very professional and informed me of the rejection rate. I wanted to do it anyway and we worked together on placement and depth to increase the odds of it working out. It has been about a month and my piercing is healing well so far. Thanks Jonny!

It's VERY very clean and organized. They are so welcoming. Took my daughter to get a septum piercing. Such great work and sterilization I rate 100% satisfactory! I recommend this place and wonderful people.

I made an appointment and were there already and they were like the artist is not here !! not professional at all and we wont be going there ever again
