Rented a warehouse in Pinellas Park for my business and just got the invoice for business license from the Building development division for $500 which seem a bit on the high side for a small business. I called to find out why is it so high and what is the breakdown - spoke to Lisa Clayton who was just repeating the same 3 factors like a robot. Only after I expressed my displeasure with the service did she apologize and explained it to me. Overall not a favorable experience.
