Do you value good customer relations/care and timelines? This is definitely not a place for you. For the past five years that I have been coming here, there has never been a time I wasnt kept waiting for over 30minutes. BUT COME JUST ONE MINUTE LATE they receptionists and doctors will be so quick to tell you that you have to reschedule. Today I had appointment for 2:55pm I called in to tell them I was running late. They said I have only 20minutes Grace-Period hence I should been in by 3:15pm. I got there 13:12pm and reported to the receptionist that I called she allowed me to Self-Check-In after I was done she told me I was late that my check-in time in her system was 3:18pm instead of 3:15pm. I was told bluntly that I have to reschedule for another day. THEY ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR OWN TIME!

I have NEVER been there that I did not have to wait 30 to 40 minutes before seeing anyone. Ridiculous. Do not come here if you value your time. U wish I had never entered these doors. This is my last visit

Let me preface this review by saying that Ive had dozens of eye surgeries in my life from a very young age (I have a hereditary retinal eye disease). Ive had everything from eye muscle correction surgeries to full blown retinal detachments, and I am often so familiar with ocular medical terminology that I almost always get asked if I am in the business when I meet a new eye doc. I am so severely nearsighted that I got cataracts in my 30s, which wasnt really a surprise, but it was certainly made more complicated by retinal holes and tears and a vitreous hemorrhage that coincided around the same time. Dr. Mitchell came highly recommended to me, by both friends and one of my retinal surgeons, and once I met him- it became clear why :). He is absolutely one of the kindest, most competent and skilled eye surgeons Ive ever worked with. I am incredibly Type-A and come with MANY questions. Dr. Mitchell has the heart of a teacher and cares deeply that his patients understand their medical care and feel completely comfortable. At my first consult with him, he actually found a retinal tear that had been missed by a previous cataract doc I had met with only a few days prior. He got me in quickly with my retinal surgeon to have it repaired, communicating with him by phone several times over the next few weeks to get me cleared for my cataract surgery. My whole process at this practice was seamless- and Ive been to many, many eye practices in my life. I cannot recommend the Marietta Eye Clinic and surgery center highly enough. Love them all and so grateful- Dr. Mitchell took me from a -13 diopter to a -1! Im a fan for life. :)

I have had exam and getting new glasses for 3 years this is the first time I had bad experience I think the lady do the test is new and inexperience she does not know what she is doing because i can not tell 1 or 2 they all looked the same. I then told the doctor she just ignore me and rush me off. I will go get another exam somewhere else.
