I've trusted this place until I ordered online a frame (non-refundable) for my Harvard Extension School graduate diploma. The website only provides a Document size (8.5"W x 11"H certificate) and Approximate frame size (17" x 19") for item #3639 adding that this is a "perfect frame for your vertical Harvard University Certificate." Both sizes matched my diploma. However, the visible part of the diploma is actually smaller than 8.5"W x 11"H which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. I ordered this frame trusting that the Coop would ensure that their products would fit Harvard's standards since the store uses Harvard's name all over their website. Do not expect that! The frame I received cuts parts of my diploma's text on the top and the bottom. The store never replied to my enquiry I submitted on their website 7 days ago. Extremely disappointed.
