Im sitting in the dark again. Ive lived in the same house since 2002. Weve weathered a lot of storms.no outage. I think theyre trying to get us to go different source of energy. Solar or something. Pay for my new roof, solar pannels and generater. We can talk! Had no power for 4 days during snow storm. Im still sitting in the dark after rain storm. City of San Antonio responsible also!!
CPS: THANK YOU FOR CONSISTENTLY SHOWING MERCY TO MY FAMILY DURING OUR MOST DIFFICULT TIMES BY EXTENDING GRACE PERIODS. So many times when you otherwise had the right to leave us in the dark, you kept our lights on ..... And a single struggling mom, I can't thank you enough for easing my stress and giving me one less thing to worry over .... Keep shining !!!!
There is always some kind of issue where your power is out. No weather issues but still your power is out. They are the only power company in town so you have no choice but to deal with them. What do we pay them for? Been living here 9 years & there hasn't been 1 month that has went by without us having a power issue. Company should be made to close down permanently!
