Hi Em, we take concerns like yours very seriously at Artifact and we value you taking the time to bring your experience to our attention. We pride ourselves on customer service and will be addressing the importance of communication and care to all team members as it is our goal at the very least to say hello to all customers who walk in the door. As far as our price points fluctuating goes, we offer a variety of low to high end vintage and modern pieces and price accordingly. We see Artifact and Village Merchants as two different stores with different niches and perspectives on resale. Staff never acknowledges my existence. Prices are double than what you'd find at Village Merchants up the street. And second-hand shopping isn't fun when you're getting ripped off.

Our quoted waitlist time is just a computer generated estimation and can fluctuate as we work through the buys. We work as quickly as possible to ensure that all buys are done in a timely manner. They have cool stuff but if youre going to sell stuff to them be aware that it takes forever. They have a waitlist and it said 30 minutes for the wait time but I waited for about two hours. So their consignment process is pretty flawed but other than that its a good shop.
