Some exhibits we're closed. The no longer have maps available you have to use your phone.Also they require you to purchase tickets online only, again using a phone. If I didn't have a phone I wouldn't have been about to even get in much less find my way around.

Many areas of the zoo were shut down. Maps were accessible with download. It would be nice to have the option. The petting area was tricky. Some animals did not come out and due to distance, I did not want to go inside. Overall my 3 year old son was ok and I got 7,000 steps in.

Was a great way to spend the day, lots of animals, was not as busy as it potentially could. Some enclosures were empty, the kids definitely wished to see more.

Of all the great zoos I've been to, this really isn't one of them. Too many closed attractions. Too much walking in-between attractions. Not enough species. This zoo needs help.
