Contacted the company via email and spoke directly on the phone with the owner. Seems like a reasonable guy who runs a reasonable company. Doesn't like negative feedback, but no hard feelings. All the best

Very Sorry the customer felt this way we did everything we could to help. The kettle travelled a long way and arrival with a small dent there is no welding on the kettle at all and the customer was offer a full refund and still left this review.

Terrible quality. Came with all dent, scratch, sharp edge, and poor welding. When I asked for refund, the company keeps having different reasons for not refund my money after I return the goods. Worse experience ever. Don't buy from this company at all. This company is not trustworthy. When I saw the response from the company complaining I made the review here when he refund my money. Here I attached the emails I had with the owner to prove he is such a liar who said the money had been refund to me, but the money never be refund at all. He kept finding different reasons for not refunding my money after I returned the order to him. What a fraud. I found I am not the first one who experience this with Steve, there are people saying they are having the same experience when I posted it on the web. Don't trust this company at all. LIAR

Just recently purchased 2 Ghillie kettles (maverick and the explorer) quality of the craftsmanship is great. The guage of aluminium used in the Ghillie is really thick compared to the Kelly kettle. Seems that the kettles willlast a lifetime if properly taken cared for. Received the maverick with a dent though. The explorer which i got from another store however is flawless.

I have had my ghilli kettle for 4 years now and it has been bashed about in the back of my vehicle on many a trip off roading/greenlaning and not a single issue. It's my go to kettle everytime we are away camping and will certainly buy another when this fails but I can't see that being for a very long time. Excellent product, couldn't be happier.
