Not happy with the woman at Nowra CBA, didn't want to help me at all, just wanted me to cancel my credit card. Not helpful at all. NAB runs rings around the CBA.
Front of house foyer customer service staff absolutely disgusted me today in the treatment of an elderly couple who just wanted assistance to deposit coins to make sure they had food on the table for the week. 2 x staff escalated the situation which became a slanging match with staff yelling at the old couple to just get out as they are going to close thier account. This further fueled the tense situation until a man and his son calmly assisted the older couple who were so appreciative of the help. Shame on you Nowra Commomwealth Bank Staff. Sorry i couldn't give less than 1 star. Please give your staff training in customer service and conflict resolution as this is clearly a deficiency you need to work on.
