Hey Melissa, we apologize for your bad experience. We remember this interaction very well. When you ordered the shirt, we didn't have any 3T shirts, we told you that we only have 4T shirts, you agreed to this. We have no interest in "swindling" out customers, so we have no reason to rip out tags or hide things when we have an inventory available with hundreds of shirts in store (and can order shirts and have them in store within a few days). And you are right. you could have thrown a fit and demanded a full refund, but we probably would have asked you to leave and wouldn't have given it to you since we completed the job you asked for. I apologize that you weren't happy with your experience, but hopefully you were able to figure out a solution for your future custom apparel needs.

Very disappointed! I came in to buy matching shirts for my son and I. I ordered the sizes I wanted , with them even being repeated back to me, and in writing. I get a call that they are ready, I look at my son's and it is big. I ordered a 3T and they gave me 4T. The big tag was ripped out so it seems they tried to hide the fact they were wrong. The small tag however must have been missed. So I bring this to their attention, and they give ME attitude like I am in the wrong! The associate even says there's nothing that can be done because they are closing. I'm guessing it was then the owner who came over and said oh that shirt doesn't come in 4T. (Well why didn't you call me and let me know that?!) And all they can do is refund the cost of the shirt. Mind you this was an almost $70 order for a special event that can't be redone. The entire time I'm waiting for an apology, something. I didn't even get so much as an oops we messed up, sorry. She was actually mad she had to refund the $17, and didn't say a word! I could have thrown a fit and demanded the entire cost of the shirt, but they obviously need it more than I do. Lesson learned for sure, I won't be back and I'll tell everyone to stay away. It's bad business practice!! They need serious lessons in customer service.
