In am writing this review for a salesperson named Eric. He has to be the most unreliable ..and dishonest person I know . First he did an estimate without even knowing or walking the job site .He basically asked me how many sheets of FRP I needed installed ..i told him I had no clue since I wasn't a construction person but that I would provide all the material to do the job .He asked me how many sheets I had I told him 30 sheets he then sent an estimate based on 30 sheets of installation and stainless steel installation again quoted on the number of sheets that I had on hand not the number of sheets needed to complete the job He told myself and my contractor several times that he would adjust the final.invoice to reflect the correct installation. He also was supposed to come back and finish the job ..he never showed back up and never finished the project .he ontacted me a total of 2 times. First time was 3 months after I opened to deliver an invoice. I was surprised to see him since he avoided calls and texts when we tried to get you to actual finish the job he started and never finished. At that time I told him that he failed to finish the project. In fact I told him my contractor called him on numerous occasions to find out where he was and why he wasn't coming back to.finish . he had said he would be there on 3 separate times and he still didn't show up to finish the project. In fact it cost me an additional 1800 to finish what he should have done. The other item i discussed with him was that his estimate called for 30 sheets of FRP (which he only quoted that because he asked me how many sheets I had on hand) installation and he only installed about 15 to 16 sheets or half of what he estimated at that time he said you would adjust the estimate and the final invoice. Of course he didn't, I am an honest individual unlike Eric who appears to be by trying to charge me for items he didn't do and a job he didn't finish. He basically abandoned the job and left me hanging with not being able to move forward ..mot to mention his work in the stainless steel was absolutely a mess ..haf to hire people to cut the electrical boxes out because Eric left them in such a manner that my electrician could not install the electrical boxes . As I said I am an honest person but I will not be taken advantage of under any circumsdance . I advise everyone that is contemplating this business to read my review before you hire them . 0 stars

This bad review is not accurate at all I've been getting my supplies from b&k for years never have i had a bad experience with them. They are always willing to go above and beyond whenever I need them they are there no question! They also do steller work! I would highly recommend them

Trojan Wall Products / BK Supply did our shower and shower-tub surrounds. They found the material we needed, and arranged the install. Very happy with the results. Eric did his best to be sure we got good customer service. Toli (Antoli) did the install. Total thumbs up. If you need FRP or FRP installed, these are good people to go to.
