I think they charge interest on medical collections which I don't think they can do.

Saw a collection amount on my credit score from them and found out it was a hospital bill from a year ago I never received in the mail. Terri on the phone was very patient and helped me get it paid. It's never fun talking to debt collectors but she was pleasant and handled everything quickly.
