Disgraceful level of after sales customer service! I purchased a Vuly bike through Toy Buzz, it was meant to be a Christmas present for my son. Almost a month later and he has not been able to use it once, due to both wheels arriving from factory unbalanced and wobbly, which is affecting the disc brakes. The problem I have with Toy Buzz is not so much that the product I purchased was faulty but their way of handling the matter bouncing the customer back and forth between retailer and manufacturer for over a month with complete disregard and zero accountability is not good enough. After my patience had run out and I demanded a refund it is still an uphill battle and the usual pass the parcel (customer) between both the retail store and the manufacturer still continues. Unfortunately it seems like it will have to escalate to a tribunal court, needless to say I would strongly not recommend this company. Take your business else where and avoid the headache.

I bought my nephew a Batmobile drive around car a few months back (August) that Big W didn't have available until Christmas time. The service I received at ToyBuzz was incredible. I just thought about putting this review on now because I need something for my niece's birthday and instead of going to those big chain toy stores, I've decided to come here because of the amazing customer service and quality. Had the best deal on a Vuly trampoline, very happy with the bundle. Items took a little while to arrive but made progress after an email enquiry. One item never arrived, but after an enquiry and refund request, I received a quick reply and refund for the item. While my impression wasn't great at first, I am very happy with the prompt and friendly service I received when following up. I'd happily shop again at Toy Buzz.

So disappointed, ordered an item express and after chasing being told it wouldn't be delivered. The warehouse is in another state and nothing they can do.
