This platform is absolutely AWFUL!!! First they guilt your donors into paying fees on your website without you desiring this change then they threaten to send my faith-based non-profit to collections because THEIR system locked me out of my account, it took me 2 months to get their rep on the phone and when I do he tells me I have to verify my bank account with microdeposits. When the deposits come through I can't enter them to verify the account due to THEIR system. I wish I could give them a 0!!
