Not the best customer service. Arrived to their office and checked in as a new visitor. They had no idea I was waiting in their lobby until 20min later a female employee was leaving the property. She then showed minimal effort of helping. An old Caucasian male in his late 60s then exited to the lobby and also showed little interest in helping. This male employee then told me their minimal order was 300 shirts to regular clients then stated they really only fulfill big company orders. So overall the response was contradicting because how does one become a regular client? Lastly he told me to go down the road to a smaller shop. I was definitely able to make more than the minimum order or become a regular client but the service is definitely what will makes anyone not do business with them.

Take your business elsewhere! This place is managed by a punch of incompetent people and produce poor quality goods. Used to be better, what a shame

Their team sucks at sorting pallets, mixes items in boxes, no consistancy in pallet size!!!! I want to give negative stars!!!! SMH!!!!!!
