My wife's Facebook account got hacked by a Trojan Horse. We have Bitdefender. She reached out to the Antivirus and Malware option and after 8 hours they solved the problem on July 2cd of the 4th July weekend. Never left the house and where are you going to find someone on the 4th of July work on your computer for $ 99.00.

I personally love bit defender. Not being based in the US I think gives a different approach and view to the way they act towards customers. I have contacted them a couple of times over the years and its always been a pleasant experience. I have used other virus software but so far theirs has been the one I have liked the most. I recommend it if my opinion counts.

Has done nothing but crash since I purchased....so disappointed...need zero stars...... and fixes under help are super complicated....this is not user friendly. BEWARE!
