I try to go to the zoo once a year. I went a few days ago on mother's day with my 2 year old. Every time I go it's a little disappointing because they don't have many animals anymore and the ones they do have you are lucky to get to see because they are always hiding. They have like 2 monkeys and you couldn't even see them. I want to support our zoo, and I do when we do go by buying food, souvenirs, etc but I feel that eventually it will close down for good because of lack of animals and attractions.

Took grandson to the zoo but alot of exhibits where closed and the sky lift was down for maintenance

We enjoyed ourselves! Thank God for benches throughout the zoo! I can't post a lot of pics because most of them have my daughter's classmates in them but I have a couple with just her!

It's a pretty small zoo overall, but it's a decent zoo compared to others. I like how they're trying to make constant improvements to the zoo and it's not hard to get lost in it, but I feel like some parts of the zoo could use a massive overhaul.
